Vantage Cape Cod

How Vantage Works

It's all about serving the people of Cape Cod.

Your nonprofit organization offers a service to the people in our Cape Cod community. That service helps us all thrive.

As a member of that community, we're here to help you succeed by ensuring that your nonprofit thrives.

Whether your nonprofit is brand new or fully established in the community, FUNdraising is key to its sustainability. Vantage helps you utilize Board and staff members to full "ad-Vantage" to improve your revenue.

How do we do it?

A Creative Approach

  • Vantage takes a creative approach to generating revenue, helping you invent new ways of looking at fundraising that will work for your organization.  For example, we'll work with your team to explore how you like to have fun, and how to turn that into a fundraising opportunity.

Partnerships

  • Vantage can identify ways to develop and strengthen partnerships for your organization that will not only raise money, but strength the community as a whole.

Fear Not! FUNraise Instead

  • Vantage helps your organization put FUN back into fundraising. It's hard to fear raising funds when you and your donors are enjoying themselves!
  • Vantage can help you create and implement a major gift program.

Support

  • Vantage will coach Board members and their executive staff to become more comfortable with the task of fundraising.

The Bottom Line

Cape Cod is a small spit of sand. So we all need to work together to thrive.

How?

  • Picture a TRIANGLE. Side One represents all the for-profit businesses on Cape Cod and the people they employ.  Side Two represents all the nonprofit organizations that serve our community. That's YOU. Side Three represents the clients/customers who rely on our nonprofit services.
  • Nonprofits (Side Two) often ask for-profit businesses (Side One) for financial support, so that those nonprofits can help clients (Side Three). That's fine ... as long as those for-profit businesses are thriving!

So how do nonprofits help the for-profits thrive, which supports the whole triangular set of relationships? By giving back!

  • Encourage your supporters to become customers of businesses that support your services.
  • Publish the names of your corporate supporters at every opportunity.
  • Publicize the names of your supports in your marketing.
  • And ask everyone to join the "buy local" movement.

If nonprofits give back to the business community, they will be more likely to make donations.

Who benefits?

We ALL do!
